Privacy notice — booking page

When you book a meeting we store your name, email address, chosen time, time zone, language and the note you write. We use them only to hold the meeting, send you the confirmation, one reminder and, if needed, a cancellation notice, and to let you cancel or move the meeting yourself.
The meeting is created in Greg's Google Calendar and you receive a Google invitation with a Google Meet link; Google processes that invitation under its own terms. Emails are sent through Resend (EU data centre).
Availability is computed from Greg's calendars in real time; nothing about your request is written to those calendars until you confirm.
Retention: your details are erased 90 days after the meeting date, or 30 days after a cancellation. You can ask for earlier deletion at info@sf4l.net.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address when the page loads. We use no cookies for tracking and no analytics on this page. Your IP address is hashed and kept for 24 hours only to limit abuse.
Your rights under the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, objection, complaint to the Romanian supervisory authority ANSPDCP) can be exercised by email to info@sf4l.net.
